Email and response time

Email is the only channel. There is no phone line, no live chat and no ticket portal. Write in plain language and include the page you were reading, if the message is about the site.

The address above is written out in plain text on purpose, not hidden in an image and not behind a form. If a reply takes longer than the window above, write again on the same thread. Nothing is filtered out for being critical.

What we handle, and what we do not

Stone Creek Post publishes articles and recommends one digital program as an affiliate. We are not the seller, we do not run the checkout and we have no access to anyone's purchase record. That line decides where each message has to go.

Writing to us about a row in the lower half of that table only adds a step. We would have to tell you the same thing this table already says, and the days spent waiting are days off your refund window.

How to reach Hotmart

Hotmart is the platform that takes the payment and gives the buyer access. Anything money-related or access-related sits in their system, not in ours.

• Use the purchase confirmation email Hotmart sent you. It carries the transaction reference and a support link.
• If that email is gone, look for it under the address you typed at checkout, including the spam folder.
• Hotmart's own help and support pages are reachable from hotmart.com.
• The refund window is 7 days from purchase, no questions asked, and Hotmart processes it directly. Our Refund Policy describes the steps.

Flavorful Bites is a digital program. Nothing physical exists, so there is nothing to send back and no carrier involved. The Digital Delivery Policy explains how access is granted and what to do if it does not arrive.

Corrections

If something we published is wrong, we want the message. Say which page, quote the sentence, and tell us what you believe the correct version is. If you are right, we change the sentence and move the revision line at the top of that page forward.

We do not remove criticism, and we do not publish reader letters. There are no testimonials on this site and there never will be, so a message sent to us will never appear on a page as praise.

Who operates this site

Stone Creek Post is an independent publication and a small operation, not a newsroom and not a call center. One email address, read in-house, answered as the messages arrive. There is no public mailing address and no phone line, and we would rather say that plainly than print a support desk that does not exist.
