Stone Creek Post is an affiliate publisher. It is not a medical source, it is not a news organization, and it is not the seller of the program it recommends. This page states the limits of everything you read here, in plain sentences, so you can weigh the writing knowing exactly what it is.

This is not medical advice
Everything published on this site is general information for people who cook a little and work long days. It is not medical advice, it is not nutritional advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and nothing here stands in for a licensed professional who knows your history and can examine you.
Our subject matter is narrow on purpose: the order of meals across a day, prep time, groceries, planning, taste, and short routines you can do at home. We do not assess anyone's health, and we are not qualified to. If you want to know whether a change is right for you, ask your physician. That is not a formality we print to protect ourselves. It is the correct order of operations.
Note on the program's own presentation
The program we recommend opens with the same limit. In the presentation, the creator says: “this is not a miracle. It does not cure anything, and it is not a substitute for your doctor.” [seller's presentation, 00:51]
If you are under medical care
If you take prescribed medication, if you are being treated for anything, if you are pregnant, or if a professional has already put you on a specific way of eating, keep doing what you were told to do.
Do not stop, pause, replace or adjust any treatment because of something you read on this site or in any program linked from it. Bring the idea to the person who is treating you and let them decide whether it fits your case. They have information about you that we will never have, and we are not in that conversation.
Affiliate disclosure, in full
Stone Creek Post recommends Flavorful Bites as an affiliate. If you buy through a link on this site, we earn a commission from Hotmart. The price you pay is exactly the same. We are not the creator or the seller of the program.
That commission is how this site pays for itself, and we would rather you read it as what it is: we hold a financial interest in your click. Weigh the writing accordingly. We did not create this program, we did not run it under any protocol of our own, and we have no relationship with the people who appear in the seller's presentation.
Every link on this site that leads to the checkout carries the rel="nofollow sponsored" attribute, so the disclosure is legible to software as well as to you. Our reasoning, our editorial policy and the way this site makes money are described in more detail on the About page.
Individual results vary
We make no promise about results, and we do not attach a number or a timeline to anything. There is no figure on this site because no one measured one, and a figure nobody measured is a fabrication no matter how modest it sounds.
The program's own presentation says the opposite of a promise, and we repeat it here rather than soften it. In the presentation, the creator says that it does not work for anyone who wants a result in five days [seller's presentation, 09:38], that the first two weeks are boring [seller's presentation, 09:42], that it does not work for anyone who will not spend twelve minutes cooking [seller's presentation, 09:50], and that individual results vary [seller's presentation, 10:06].
We agree with all four statements. We publish no results data, no before-and-after material and no testimonials, and we do not intend to. If you ever find any of that on this site, it does not belong here.
Not a news organization
The name carries the word Post, so it is worth being direct about it. Stone Creek Post is a small content site with an affiliate arrangement. It is not a newspaper, a magazine or a wire service, and nothing here should be read as journalism.
We do not report. We have not interviewed anyone. We hold no archive, we publish no reader correspondence, and no article here is the product of an investigation. Any earlier version of this site that suggested otherwise was wrong, and this page replaces it.

We are not the seller
Flavorful Bites is sold by Man Boost Formulas through Hotmart. Your purchase agreement, your receipt and your refund are with Hotmart, not with us. We never see and never handle your payment information, we cannot grant access to the program, and we cannot issue a refund.
What we can do is point you at the right desk. The Refund Policy describes the seven-day window and how to ask for it, and the Digital Delivery Policy describes how access arrives and what to do if it does not.
The people described in the seller's presentation are characters in that presentation. When we refer to them we write the program's creator, because that is the only thing about them we can verify.
Links to other sites
This site links out — to the seller's page and to Hotmart, and from time to time to public references inside an article. We do not control those pages, we do not audit them, and they can change after we look at them. A link is not our endorsement of everything on the other side of it.
Once you leave Stone Creek Post, the other party's terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours. What Hotmart collects and how the checkout behaves is described in Hotmart's own policy, and our Privacy Policy lists every third-party service we run on this side of the line.
Changes and contact
We may revise this page. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes and the revision line in the footer changes with it. We do not backdate a revision and we do not publish a maintenance history that did not happen.
Stone Creek Post is an independent publication. It is written and edited in-house, it runs no office open to the public, and email is the only channel it operates.
Questions about this policy go to [email protected], and we answer within two business days.
