This is a digital product
Flavorful Bites is a digital program. In the presentation, the creator describes it as landing in your inbox within minutes of purchase. You read it on a phone, on a computer, or on paper if you print it. No physical item exists at any point.
That changes what a refund is. A refund here has no second half. Nothing has to travel anywhere, nothing has to be packed, and no one inspects anything. There is no condition about the material being unused, unread or untouched, and no fee is taken out for putting anything back on a shelf. You keep the files you downloaded.
A refund on this program means one thing only: the money goes back to the card or account you paid with.
An earlier version of this page was written for a physical product that this site has never recommended — a longer window, conditions about the state of the item, and a physical return. None of that ever applied to a digital file. That version was wrong, and this page replaces it.

The seven-day guarantee
According to the seller's presentation, the guarantee is seven days, no questions asked, for any reason. You do not owe anyone an explanation.
Hotmart counts the seven days, and the start date is the one shown on your purchase record — not the day you first open the material. The window is unconditional. It does not depend on how much of the program you read, on whether you cooked anything, on whether you did the twelve minutes, or on whether you followed the plan for a single day.
In the presentation, the creator describes the guarantee as handled by Hotmart directly, with no phone call and no retention form.
What that means in practice: nobody is entitled to argue with you, and this page is not written to change your mind.

Who processes the refund
Hotmart. Not Stone Creek Post.
Flavorful Bites is sold by Man Boost Formulas on the Hotmart platform. Your purchase agreement, your payment record and your refund are with Hotmart. We are an affiliate: we recommend the program on this site and we earn a commission if you buy through one of our links. The price you pay is the same either way.
We never see or hold your payment details. We do not receive your money, so we cannot send it back. We have no button that issues a refund and no account that shows us your purchase.
This matters in a practical way. A refund request sent to us is a request sent to the wrong place. It does not start anything, and it does not reach anyone who can act on it. Send it to Hotmart, using the steps in section 04.

How to request it, step by step
The request is made inside Hotmart, using the same email address you entered at checkout. It takes a few minutes. In the presentation, the creator describes it as requesting the refund on the platform.

Find the purchase confirmation Hotmart sent you
Hotmart emails it to the address you entered at checkout, within minutes of the purchase. It names the product, the date and the amount, and it links to your purchase record.
If it is not in your inbox, look in the spam folder and in the promotions tab, and search for the seller name, Man Boost Formulas.

Open your purchase record on Hotmart
The link in that email opens the page for this specific purchase inside Hotmart, showing the product, the purchase date and what you paid. Hotmart may ask you to sign in with the same email address.

Choose the refund option and confirm
The refund is requested on that page. It is a request you make yourself, not a message you send to a person. You are not asked to justify it, and there is nothing to negotiate.

Keep the confirmation
Hotmart confirms the request by email. Keep that message until the money appears. It is your record of the date you asked, and it is what you refer to if you have to follow up.
If you cannot find the email or the record
This is not a fifth step; it is the way out if the first one fails. Contact Hotmart's own buyer support, reachable from the purchase confirmation email and from hotmart.com. Have ready the email address you used at checkout and the purchase date, because that is how Hotmart locates the purchase.
Hotmart owns this process and can change the wording on its own screens without telling us. If a step here does not match what you see, follow what Hotmart tells you. Hotmart's process governs; this page only describes it.

How long it takes
Hotmart sets the processing time and decides how the money is returned. Both depend on the payment method you used. The period that applies to your refund is the one Hotmart publishes and states for that payment method; we do not set it, and we cannot shorten it.
The last part of the trip is with your bank or card issuer, which is outside Hotmart's control and far outside ours. A refund can be approved on Hotmart's side before it is visible on your statement.
If the period Hotmart states has passed and nothing has arrived, go back to Hotmart with the confirmation from step 04. We cannot check the status for you, because we cannot see it.

Stone Creek Post is an independent publication and an affiliate of the program. That is the whole of our position, and it is a narrow one.
