Affiliate disclosure

Stone Creek Post recommends Flavorful Bites as an affiliate. If you buy through a link on this page, we earn a commission from Hotmart, and the price you pay is exactly the same either way. We are not the creator and not the seller of this program, we did not test it, and we have no relationship with the people who appear in the seller's presentation.

What you are buying, printed before the video

Everything commercial about this program is on this page from the first second, above the presentation and again below it. Nothing here waits for the video to make sense. The terms below are the seller's own, as stated in the presentation and on the Hotmart checkout page — we did not test the program and we add nothing to what is said there.

The seller's presentation

The video below is the seller's own presentation of Flavorful Bites. We did not produce it, we do not appear in it, and the people described in it are characters of that presentation, not people we have met or verified. It runs about thirteen minutes.

Part of it is the creator describing what changed for him personally. That is his account of his own experience. We have not verified it, it is not evidence, and neither he nor we are presenting it as something that will happen to you. What you are buying is the written material listed above — nothing else is being promised.

Note on this page

The access button on this page unlocks about ten and a half minutes in — at the 10:30 mark of the presentation, or ten and a half minutes after this page opens, whichever comes first. Nothing is being withheld from you in the meantime: the program is Flavorful Bites, it is digital, it costs US$29 one-time with no subscription, it is sold by Man Boost Formulas on Hotmart, and it carries a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window — all of which is printed in the table above and repeated in plain sentences below. This notice stays where it is when the button appears, and the button opens directly beneath it.

What is inside, as the presentation describes it

The five parts below are listed the way the program's creator lists them in the presentation. Every line is his description, not ours: we have not added a benefit, a duration or a result that is not said there.

  1. Part one

    The logic

About twenty minutes of reading. In the presentation, the creator describes it as having no nutrition jargon, no macro tables and no counting of anything, and says it is where the logic behind the rest of the program is set out.

  2. Part two

    The recipe collection

Savory and sweet, the creator says, written for a man who does not cook and has no interest in restaurant technique. He describes every recipe as carrying a normal grocery store shopping list and the time of day it works best, and most as done in under fifteen minutes.

  3. Part three

    The 12 minutes

A movement routine done at home with zero equipment. The presentation describes it as spine, hips, shoulders and wind, in three levels — from having not moved in years to having trained in the past and stopped.

  4. Part four

    The shopping list

One page, as the creator describes it: print it, take it to the store, buy what is on it.

  5. Part five

    The 28-day plan

Day by day: what to eat, what to do, what to ignore. The presentation says you do not decide anything, you follow it.

Fig. 02 — The 28-day sheet. The cells are empty because we do not know what is written on day nine. The program's creator says the first two weeks are boring.

How access works, and how the refund works

Access

Everything is digital. In the seller's presentation, the creator says access arrives by email within minutes of checkout, that you can open it on your phone, on your computer, or print it, and that it is yours permanently, with no subscription and nothing that renews. There is no physical item, so there is nothing to send you and nothing to wait for in the mail.

Refund

Seven days, no questions asked, handled by Hotmart directly — that is what the seller states in the presentation. You request the refund on the platform and the full amount comes back. You do not owe anyone an explanation, and you do not go through us: we are the affiliate, not the seller, and we do not process payments or refunds.

The refund is processed by Hotmart on its own platform, so the amount and the currency that come back follow Hotmart's rules for your transaction. Check the record of your purchase on Hotmart.

Who this does not fit

These are the creator's own disqualifications, quoted from the presentation with the timestamp of each. We print them at the same size as everything else on this page.

Stated limits
  • “This is not a miracle. It does not cure anything, and it is not a substitute for your doctor.” [seller's presentation, 00:51]
  • “It doesn't work for anyone who wants a result in five days.” [seller's presentation, 09:38]
  • “The first two weeks are boring.” [seller's presentation, 09:42]
  • “It doesn't work for anyone who won't spend 12 minutes cooking. There's no way around that. Somebody has to make the food and that somebody is you.” [seller's presentation, 09:50–09:58]
  • “It doesn't work the same for everyone. Every body, every schedule and every history is different. Individual results vary.” [seller's presentation, 10:00–10:06]

The presentation also states that the program is not a powder, a capsule, a tea, or anything you have to keep buying.

What this page does not contain

Not supplied
  • Results data

  • Medical claims
  • Personal test of the program
  • Reader correspondence

This page has none of the above. If you find any of it on this site, it does not belong here.

Where we stand

Stone Creek Post is a small content site about meal order, fast weeknight cooking, short movement at home and grocery planning. We are not a news organization, we do not report or interview anyone, and we do not publish reader mail. We recommend one paid product, we say so at the top of every page that links to it, and we earn a commission when someone buys through our link.

We are not the creator or the seller of Flavorful Bites. The seller of record is Man Boost Formulas, on the Hotmart platform, and Hotmart is the party that charges you and that handles the refund. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Talk to your physician before changing what you eat or how you move. You can read more about how this site is run on our about page.

Questions about the purchase

What exactly arrives after I pay

An email from Hotmart with access to the five digital parts: the logic, the recipe collection, the 12-minute at-home routine, the one-page shopping list and the 28-day plan. It arrives within minutes of checkout, and you can read it on a phone, on a computer, or print it.

Is there anything physical

No. Flavorful Bites is a digital program and there is no physical item of any kind. Nothing arrives in the mail.

Is this a subscription

No. US$29 is a one-time charge. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing recurring, and access is permanent.

Why does the amount show in a different currency

Because Hotmart charges in local currency outside the United States. The program is priced at US$29 one-time, and at checkout Hotmart converts and displays the equivalent amount for your country before you confirm anything. Read the amount on the Hotmart page before you pay.

How do I request a refund

Within seven days of purchase, on the Hotmart platform, no questions asked. The full amount comes back and you do not need to give a reason. Refunds are handled by Hotmart, not by us and not by the seller.

The email did not arrive. What now

Check the spam and promotions folders for a message from Hotmart, then use the Hotmart purchase support channel linked on your payment receipt, since Hotmart holds the record of the transaction and is the only party that can resend access. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we will point you to the right place, but we have no access to your purchase or to your payment details.

What does Stone Creek Post get out of this

A commission from Hotmart if you buy through a link on this page. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or not. We did not create the program, we did not test it, and we are not the seller.

If you decide to buy

The terms are the same at the bottom of this page as they are at the top: Flavorful Bites, digital, US$29 one-time with no subscription, sold by Man Boost Formulas on Hotmart, access by email within minutes, and seven days to ask for the money back through Hotmart.

Note on this page

This second access button unlocks at the same moment as the first one, about ten and a half minutes in, and it opens directly beneath this notice. The terms do not change when it appears: US$29 one-time, charged by Hotmart, with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window.
