This page is written to be read, not to be skipped. It says who runs this site, what the site does and does not do, who you are actually buying from when you follow a link out of here, and what we earn when you do.

Acceptance

By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover every page published at stonecreekpost.com: the articles, the recommendation pages, and the legal pages, including this one.

This site uses cookies and third-party services that record how you reached it and how the pages are used: Cloudflare on every page, RedTrack on our presell page, and vTurb on our program page. What each one does, what it stores and where it runs is set out service by service in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Who we are

Stone Creek Post is a small independent content site. It publishes plain notes on cooking and daily routine for men over 40, and it recommends one paid program as an affiliate.

Three things we are not, stated here so the rest of this page reads correctly:

• We are not a news organization. We do not report, we do not interview anyone, we do not publish reader correspondence, and we do not keep an archive.
• We are not the creator of any program named on this site.
• We are not the seller, and we do not process payments.

Everything published here is general information. It is not medical advice, not nutritional advice, not financial advice, and not legal advice. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Talk to your physician before you change what you eat or how you move. If you are under treatment or you take medication, keep doing what your physician told you to do, and take any change to them first.

We write about habit, timing, cost, planning, and taste. Nothing on this site is offered as a way to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent anything. We make no promise about outcomes, and we do not attach a number or a timeline to anything.

We try to keep the pages accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. If you find something wrong, write to us and we will correct the page. The full statement is on the Disclaimer page.

Purchases from third parties

You cannot buy anything from Stone Creek Post. There is no cart on this site and no payment form.

Flavorful Bites is sold by Man Boost Formulas through Hotmart. Your purchase agreement, your record of payment and your refund are with Hotmart, not with us. We never handle your payment information.

When you follow a link to the checkout, you leave this site. From that point, Hotmart's own terms and privacy policy apply, and any account you create there is yours and theirs, not ours.

The program is a digital product. Access is sent by email and there is no physical item, so nothing about a physical return applies to it. The refund window is seven days and Hotmart handles it directly; the steps are written out on our Refund Policy page, and how access reaches you is described on our Digital Delivery page.

Affiliate relationship

If you buy Flavorful Bites through a link on this site, Hotmart pays us a commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be if you found the program on your own. The commission comes out of the seller's side, not yours.

We hold ourselves to four rules about it:

• We disclose the relationship at the top of any page that leads to a purchase, in ordinary prose, not only in the footer.
• Wherever we name a price, we name the platform that charges it and the seller, on the same page.
• We say what the program does not do on the same page where we recommend it.
• Every checkout link carries rel="nofollow sponsored", so the relationship is readable by machines as well as by people.

We do not sell advertising, we do not sell email addresses, and we do not take payment in exchange for coverage.

Intellectual property

The text on this site is written and edited in-house and belongs to Stone Creek Post. The photographs are ours or are licensed for our use.

You may quote a short passage for comment or review, with a link back to the page it came from. You may not republish a whole article, sell it, or present it as your own work.

Product names, company names and platform names used on this site belong to their owners. Naming one here does not imply any partnership beyond the affiliate relationship described in section 05.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, or that every page will be free of error.

To the extent the law allows, Stone Creek Post is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from a decision you make after reading it, or from a product you buy from a third party through a link on it. Your agreement for anything you buy is with the seller and the payment platform.

Nothing in this section removes or limits a right you have that cannot be removed or limited by law.

Governing law

Stone Creek Post is an independent publication and sells nothing. There is no contract of sale between you and this site, because no purchase is made here.

When you buy Flavorful Bites, the contract of sale is between you and Hotmart, the platform that processes the payment and issues the receipt, and it is governed by Hotmart's own terms and by the law those terms name. Anything about payment, refund, access or dispute over the purchase is decided under those terms, with Hotmart, not with us.

What this site provides is information. These terms describe how that information may be used, and they do not create any purchase, warranty or service relationship between you and Stone Creek Post.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date printed at the top of this page and we leave the page at the same address rather than removing it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version published here.
