The order you eat in: why the biggest meal belongs in the morning
Treats the timing of a meal as a variable separate from its contents, and shows why a long working day pushes the largest meal to nine at night out of logistics rather than choice. Covers how to redistribute the same amount of food across morning, midday and evening without cooking more in total, what has to be done the night before, and how to run a four-day test with one written line per night.

Twelve minutes, one pan: cooking something decent after a ten-hour day
Argues that cooking gets skipped on a weeknight because of the cost of deciding and the dishes afterward, not the minutes or any missing skill. Reduces the whole problem to one pan, four pantry items that should always be in the house, and three combinations you can make without reading a recipe, then covers what to do with leftovers.

Twelve minutes on the living room floor: movement for men who sit all day
Makes the case for a short routine at home as the only one that survives a bad week, against the six a.m. gym plan that lasts three weeks. Organizes movement into four plain territories — spine, hips, shoulders and breathing — with three levels to pick from, and puts the place and the minute of the day at the center of the problem.

One page, one trip: planning a grocery run you'll actually follow
Explains why long lists and copied meal plans fail: they ask for ingredients the neighborhood store does not carry and for too many decisions in the aisle. Builds a single-page list anchored to three repeatable dinners and one fixed breakfast, written in aisle order, and closes with what stays on the permanent list and what comes off it.
How this list works
There is no publishing schedule and nothing is written to fill a calendar. A note goes up when there is something specific to say about cooking, meal order, short movement at home or planning a grocery run. Every entry carries the date it was published and the date it was last checked; when a note is revised, both dates change and the revision number goes up.
This site does not accept guest posts, does not republish other people's writing, and does not run testimonials, reader mail or interviews.
